Manual tool change electric spindles

GC manual electric spindles are designed for applications on machineries working wood, plastic, aluminium, light alloy, glass and marble. They are suitable for milling, boring and flanging.

The wide range of power, from 0,2Kw to 13,5Kw, with rotating speed up to 60.000RPM, allow a flexibility of use for each kind of application, either with axial or radial loads.

The frame is obtained from extruded aluminium bar or from heat treated special alloy aluminium ingot.

Bearings are precision angular contact type, with steel or ceramic balls and life lubrication with special grease for high speeds.
